GUARDIA Civil officers closed down an illegal puppy farm in Vinaròs late last week, arresting a 59-year-man.
Investigations began after a vet reported that puppies were being sold at pet stores in Barcelona with health documents that she had supposedly signed – but of which she knew nothing about.
