During his testimony he claimed not to remember how he killed the victim, saying that the amount of cocaine he had consumed on that day caused him to forget different parts of the night. All he claims to remember is that she died in his hands, and vaguely adding that ‘she got angry about something and I held her very tightly’.
Other people have been questioned, including his friend Luis, but no more arrests have taken place as officers have established that he acted on his own and nobody else knew about his intentions.
