TORREMOLINOS’S new international dance contest, known as MueBT, is in full swing, featuring not only daily competitions at the Príncipe de Asturias auditorium but also a series of free outdoor dance classes and workshops open to the public.

The competition itself, featuring some 3,000 dancers from around Spain and elsewhere in Europe, includes categories ranging from hip-hop and rock & roll to salsa, tango and cha-cha-cha.

The event kicked off on Monday with a choreographed ‘flashmob’ featuring dozens of dancers in Plaza de la Nogalera, and runs until this Sunday, February 28.

Programme details are available online at torremolinosbailando.com.
