Four suspected jihadists were detained early on Tuesday. National Police detained three Spanish nationals in Ceuta whilst the authorities in Morocco detained a Moroccan in Nador. They are believed to been members of a cell which was dedicated to the training, indoctrination and radicalisation of combatants recruited to fight for Islamic State.
