Marbella’s town hall has announced plans to prohibit people from walking through the town’s streets with no shirt on, by making a change to ordinance rules on public spaces. The new ban still needs to get approval from the town’s legal consultancy and must be passed at a council meeting. Once passed, fines of between €100 and €150 will only be issued to offenders who break the rule repeatedly.
