The public prosecutor is to seek a four-year prison term for a man accused of causing the death of another man whom he hit with his car on the A-7 motorway near Alhaurín de la Torre last August while driving under the influence of cocaine. The victim was walking on the hard shoulder toward a tow truck that had come for his broken-down vehicle when he was hit and fell 20 metres to his death.
