A 15-year-old girl died on Mallorca on Monday afternoon after being struck on the head by collapsing masonry. The tragedy took place in a guest house when the victim was lying in a hammock. One of the pillars to which the hammock was attached collapsed onto her, sending her into cardiac arrest from which she could not be revived.
