Nine people arrested in Málaga are suspected of a huge internet fraud. A woman in the US complained to the FBI that she sent almost €470,000 to various Spanish bank accounts to help a man she met on a dating site who claimed to have economic problems following employment and health problems. National Police said the detainees were part of a massive “love letters” fraud.
