A five-year-old boy was airlifted to hospital in Málaga last Thursday after being rescued from the water by a lifeguard at the municipal swimming pool in Alhaurín el Grande. The boy was admitted to the ICU at Hospital Materno, where he continued yesterday, described as being in a serious but stable condition.
