Former Marbella mayor Julián Muñoz, who due to poor health is serving prison time at home in relation to multiple corruption convictions, was sentenced to another 13 months last week after being found guilty of fraud in development deals with a private company. The town’s former planning boss Juan Antonio Roca, in jail for previous convictions, was acquitted in the case while a businessman was sentenced to six months in prison.
