The 35-year-old north American wife of a US soldier stationed in Utrera was detained in Sevilla last Wednesday suspected of stabbing her ten-month-old daughter. The injured baby was rushed to hospital while her mother was ordered to be held in a psychiatric unit. Police were alerted by neighbours when the unclothed woman ran into the street shouting “Kill” in English and attempting to attack passers-by.
