A number of people are reported to have required hospital treatment for mosquito bites in the last week following another infestation in an area of the west of Málaga. The Guadalmar, Sacaba and Parque Litoral districts, plus Misericordia beach, appear worst affected with victims reporting “clouds” of the insects forcing them to stay indoors. The origin of the outbreak is under investigation.
