Spanish banker Ignacio Echeverría, 39, who had been missing since the London Bridge attack, was confirmed dead yesterday by UK authorities. His family and the Spanish government have complained of the delay in confirming his status. Sr Echeverría is understood to have been killed after he wielded his skateboard to come to the aid of a woman who was being attacked by one of the terrorists.
