Real estate developer Quabit last week announced it has spent €23.7 million on the purchase of land in the Las Lomas del Flamenco zone of Mijas where it plans to build 674 homes. The company has not announced any timeline for the launch of the project, which will include 147 fully detached homes, 91 townhouses and 436 flats.
