The driver of a tow-truck had a lucky escape last Friday when his vehicle fell off the Carranza bridge in Cádiz. The vehicle had avoided a head-on collision with two cars and swerved across the carriageway before plunging 90 metres into the water. The driver was able to escape through a window and was picked up by an inflatable commandeered by an off-duty police officer.
