Ten-year-old plans for a development including a golf course, hotel and 1,500 homes in Chilches could move forward after Vélez-Málaga proposed changes to allow an access road. The Juvigolf project is planned to cover 1.7 million square metres. Municipal technicians say a link to the old N-340 coast road is a possibility.
