A fire at a recycling plant is thought to have started spontaneously in a stack of old mattresses. Fire crews were called to Arecosur on Málaga’s Trévenez industrial estate on Friday where “very dangerous” solid waste from demolition and construction sites is stored. Two water tankers were required to extinguish the blaze, although no injuries were reported.
