A man armed with a sword and a knife was arrested in Fuengirola on Monday, October 10, at the town’s annual feria by National Police on charges of resisting arrest. The man was known to officers as he was involved in an incident last year where he was shot after attacking a Guardia Civil officer with a knife in Mijas, days after he was arrested and released for carrying an axe and a knife.
