A gang with Moroccan connections which stole from drugs runners and exchanged their gains for weapons has been broken up by the Guardia Civil. Thirty suspects have been detained in Barcelona, Cádiz, Huelva and Málaga with 29 homes searched and material confiscated. Members are said to have posed as security officers before beating their victims with extreme violence, then seizing the hashish they were carrying.
