Estepona town hall has finished the first of a number of projects it is carrying out using security deposits paid years ago by developers who later failed to complete the required infrastructure works linked to their projects. A new pavement in the area around the old fire station has now been built, at a cost of €120,000, and another €260,000 from the deposits is earmarked for other projects.
