A Danish man under investigation in his home country for drug trafficking has been arrested by the National Police in Benalmádena, at the request of authorities in Denmark. The operation began last year, after Danish authorities asked for cross-border surveillance as they suspected the man was using his international transport company as a front for drug smuggling. The investigation has also seen eight people arrested in Denmark.
