A 66-year-old foreigner is in a serious condition at Málaga’s Hosptial Regional, after he was hit by a truck while cycling in Fuengirola. The incident took place at around 10.30am last Thursday, near the entrance to the town’s fishing port from the Rey de España beachfront boardwalk. The driver was tested for both alcohol and drugs but did not come back positive, and a local police investigation into the incident has opened.
