Acting Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo has been in Cuba for talks on bilateral relationships. On Monday, he met his opposite number Bruno Rodriguez to discuss increasing trade between the two countries. Meanwhile Spain’s acting Development Minister, Ana Pastor, agreed plans for cooperation in the transportation sector with Cuba’s Transport Minister.
