A man caught red-handed while trying to steal copper cable in Rincón de la Victoria has had his four month jail sentence confirmed. He was surprised by police in May 2013 while trying to remove the cable between lampposts on the Camino Viejo de Vélez. A Málaga court upheld an appeal by his lawyer regarding damage caused to the installations.
