Compensation Talks

The Association of Thalidomide Victims is in talks with the government in a move which could see compensation being paid. The Health Ministry says that at present it is seeking to learn how many victims there are in Spain. Victims have been battling against a 2015 Supreme Court ruling which said compensation was not payable as the statue of limitations on their cases had expired.
