Two men and a woman have been handed jail sentences of between three and five years by Málaga’s provincial court, for their roles in the death of a Chinese shop-owner in Fuengirola in 2013. The men stole from the store, and as they attempted to flee in a car driven by the woman they dragged the owner with them after he gave chase. He eventually fell beneath the vehicle, and died from his injuries. Two others in the car at the time were acquitted.
