A 29-year-old Sevilla woman was rescued last week after she slipped and fell at the Caminito del Rey cliff-side walkway at El Chorro. The Guardia Civil mountain rescue team immobilised the woman, who was suffering pain in her back and left arm, and carried her on a stretcher out to the exit of the Caminito, from where she was taken by ambulance to Málaga’s Hospital Clínico.
