A British man accused of stealing two cars from a dealership in Surbiton in 2012 has been arrested in Marbella on a European arrest warrant. The unnamed 33-year-old from Chertsey in Surrey was arrested in the UK following the crime but was released and fled before the case went to trial. He has been handed over to Spain’s High Court for extradition proceedings.
