A 27-year-old British man has been arrested by National Police in Málaga. Officers were acting on a European Arrest Warrant issued in the UK. The suspect, who was carrying a fake passport, has already been sentenced to ten years in prison for obtaining £30,000 in a VAT (IVA) fraud using falsified documents.
