British tourists are being blamed for a new fraud which is hitting the pockets of hotels along the coast.
The scam first became evident six months ago and, with summer occupation expected to be around 85 per cent, the local hostelry sector is determined that it will not be allowed to become as widespread and damaging as the false health insurance claim racket.
