FOREIGN residents in Nerja are being urged to attend a workshop aimed at helping to shape the way the town hall spends part of its budget.
“Participatory budgeting is an innovative way to fairly and transparently invest funds into the local community,” said the Nerja Foreigners’ Department in an email newsletter announcing the January 9 workshop, which will be held in English.
