GIBRALTAR’S chief minister Fabian Picardo held a short 20-minute meeting with Britain’s new prime minister, Theresa May, on Wednesday, July 13 the day she took over No.10 Downing Street. The meeting took place after David Cameron’s last Question Time, in the prime minister’s rooms in the House of Commons, just before Mrs. May travelled to Buckingham Palace for her audience with the Queen during which she was invited to form a government.
