AROUND 15 British off-plan home buyers at the failed Trampolín Hills golf resort in Campos del Río, Murcia have been backed by a judge and will be refunded a total of €402,350 by CaixaBank.

Their lawsuit was based on recent case law from the Supreme Court (TS) which holds banks responsible for the deposits customers made into special accounts set up for their off-plan homes.
