ON Monday the British Ambassador to Spain, Simon Manley, joined the head of the Junta de Andalucia’s Department of Economy, Antonio Ramirez de Arellano, in Málaga for a two-hour conference on the impact of Brexit on the Costa del Sol and the wider Andalucia area.
