Guardamar del Segura has approved its first annual budget with a surplus for many years, having reduced the municipal debt by over €8 million during the previous legislature, announced the town hall.
Treasury councillor Pilar Gay highlighted investments in improving historical heritage in order to attract ‘quality, cultural tourism’.
