Town halls on the south Costa Blanca are taking action against the proliferation of illegal street salesmen who are plying their trade on busy seafront promenades.
Business associations in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa have been up in arms over the ‘unfair competition’ which is presented by the vendors, who offer a range of wares including clothing, leather goods, dvds, watches and other items.
