VALENCIA judges have handed down a pioneering judgment which offers a ray of hope for off-plan property buyers who lost deposits paid in cash.
They ruled that Caixabank must refund a €24,000 cash deposit plus interest to the buyer of an off-plan home in the failed Trampolín Hills golf resort.
