An ‘unknown person’ shot and killed millionaire widow María del Carmen Martínez, according to the judgment published on Monday by the Regional Supreme Court relating to the trial of Miguel López.
Sr López had been found not guilty of killing his mother-in-law by a jury in Alicante earlier this month.
