THE UK’s Electoral Commission has told local authorities in Britain that postal votes for the EU referendum should be sent out to overseas voters before the end of May.
This is to allow expats who have registered to vote in the Brexit poll to have enough time to return their ballot papers by the deadline of 22.00 on June 23.
