Spain’s coalition government-in-waiting will increase taxes for high wage earners and multinational companies to help pay for a host of measures designed to boost equality and fight climate change.
The Socialist party (PSOE) and Unidas Podemos alliance is expected to receive the necessary votes to form a government in an investiture debate which concludes in Parliament next week.
