King Felipe VI and queen Doña Letizia visited Orihuela and Los Alcázares on Friday to express the solidarity with victims of last month’s floods.
They met with hundreds of residents who were hit by the natural disaster and expressed their thanks at the work carried out by the emergency services, the army’s emergency brigade (UME) and volunteers, particularly from the Protección Civil force.
