Payment shortfall for treating tourists

REGIONAL government chiefs in Valencia have complained they have been short-changed to the tune of €390 million by central government in Madrid over healthcare.

This is because the regional health authority has not been compensated correctly for treating tourists from other parts of Spain and abroad.
