Valencia president Ximo Puig has asked the government to allow all three provinces in the region to move to the next stage of the coronavirus exit plan on Monday (May 11).

This would see Alicante progress from ‘phase zero’ to ‘phase one’ – if the health ministry decides the province meets the required health criteria.

It would allow a relaxing of some of the strict measures brought in during the state of emergency – and bars and restaurant terraces could open to a limited number of customers.

  1. Could be good for the economy/partly to help, if they open up for us people who have house/apartments, NIE-Number and paying taxes. If we think as normal and taking care with distance and etc, I then dont think its same risk as fully loaded Hotels. And we in North Europe can drive, with no risk for other people.
