‘Outdated’ tower block scheme slammed


Residents have reacted angrily to plans to radically change the Doña Sinfonosa park in Torrevieja, which form part of a scheme to build two tower blocks with 26 floors.

The buildings – which would measure some 82 metres in height – would be constructed off Avenida Dr Gregorio Marañón and directly behind Doña Sinfonosa park, which gives onto El Acequión beach.
