Grants of up to €250 will be offered by the Valencia government to encourage the purchase of bicycles and electric scooters.
The measure is designed to ‘facilitate access to bicycles’ and ‘generate a culture’ which promotes this sustainable means of transport, according to Valencia president Ximo Puig.
