Customers’ victory over non-existent timeshare

CUSTOMERS duped into investing in a non-existent time-share through hard-sell tactics have won their court case and are now waiting to get their €20,000 back.
Murcia provincial court heard that the buyers were pushed into signing a contract in 2006 which would make them co-owners – along with multiple others – of an apartment in Dénia, and which was a ‘condition’ of their being given a ‘free holiday’ to ‘anywhere else in the world’, presumably also via time-share.
