THE company that operates the Ferris wheel in Málaga wants to install another, larger wheel on a permanent site in the city. The plan has been welcomed by three of the five political groups at the town hall.
The present wheel, the Mirador Princess, opened to the public last August and has proved hugely popular. However, it was always known that the 70-metre-tall attraction was only a temporary visitor because the site it occupies in the city’s docks area is reserved for a €35 million development of shops and restaurants.
