A Vélez-Málaga man has been detained following a 30 kilometre police chase after which he was found in possession of 15,000 packs of contraband tobacco. The goods were hidden in his van which was spotted speeding by Guardia Civil officers in La Línea de la Concepción. He tried to escape by driving along some roads contrary to the traffic flow.
