The Andalucía health service (SAS) is to introduce routine pneumonia jabs for infants beginning today, December 1, at local health centres. The pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) is administered in three doses, at two months, four months and 11 months of age. The initial jabs are for babies born since October 1, 2016. Information is available at health centres.
