Marbella town hall and electricity company Endesa have signed an agreement aimed at preventing people in serious economic difficulties from having their power shut off for non-payment. Endesa will postpone power cuts upon notification from the social services department that the person in arrears is receiving municipal assistance, and will facilitate the process for the town hall to pay the debt.
